I think I make a bad spy. I'm planning my parents' Christmas surprise (professional photos of me in my graduation regalia), but today we're also cleaning and decorating the house, and I had to tell my mom I had to leave at 2, and it had something to do with her Christmas present. I even tried a cover story of "I'm going out with a friend, no you don't know 'em (which got turned into "him" somehow), and finally I had to come (somewhat) clean and say "Yes, I have to go out at 2. It has something to do with your Christmas present, so I'm not going to tell you any more, but no, there are no strange boys." (The fact that my mom knows my photographer friend therefore makes this not a lie, since he is not a "strange boy.") And then I just answered a call from him in my bedroom, told him I would meet him in the park at 2, and my mom was right outside my room washing the dishes. CIA material I am not.
