In the episode of Middlegirl you just saw, the girls went to return a sweater for their mother, only to realize they shouldn't have, and ended up digging through a number of shopping carts to find it again.

Well, the credits have rolled, and it's time for the stinger:

Mom tried the sweater on again, this time with a camisole, and she still didn't like the fit. So she checked Target.com and found the sweater she wants, in the right color... yeah, that's right. She returned the sweater. To the same Target we returned it to last night.

Actually, she came into my room and asked if I would do it. I politely told her I'd prefer not to be seen in that store with that sweater again (that was one of the options she gave me: "Feel like going to Target again? or would you rather not be seen returning the sweater after all that?"). It may still be a while before I feel like I could walk into that Target without feeling like a dork.
