So last week, I found my dad had pulled out his DVD copy of Ghostbusters (which I have to admit I've never seen). He was watching it with the commentary, and since I didon't want to bother him by asking him what's going on in the movie, I read up on it on Wiki. It's a good thing I did, because a few days later I sit down to watch "The Middleman," and the episode is chock full of Ghostbusters references. I wouldn't have been able to notice them if I hadn't read the summary... Then, a few days after that, the webcomic xkcd (which I read all the time), ran a strip featuring the Ghostbusters. Finally, I was watching men's Olympic beach volleyball tonight, and they've been playing American pop and rock songs all week (if you close your eyes, you can almost forget they're in China), and what song do I hear between points? Yeah, that's right: "Who ya gonna call? Ghostbusters!"
