A few years ago, this girl I know bought this really old (and extremely rare, from what we gather) Carmen Sandiego video tape on eBay called simply, "The Carmen Tapes." It's so rare that Google searches turn up nothing. It appears to be some sort of demo tape for a new game, featuring an interlude between Carmen Sandiego and an interviewer named - get this - Stuart Hotflash. Anyway, we think the actress playing Carmen sounds really familiar, but we just can't place her name. It's like we know that we know her, but at the same time, we have no clue who she is. It's been bugging me ever since.

I know that there's a good chance that my "vast legion" of readers holds more, hmm... "mainstream" interests than Carmen Sandiego, but I'm taking a step of faith that someone might be able to identify her.
