For those of you who don't really know me, I am a seriously nostalgic person, and I am in constant contact with my inner child. If there is something that I grew up loving, I don't ever want to forget it. I had a happy, uncomplicated childhood (not to mention I was a precocious little kid), and I think I like to hold on to the innocence... plus the 80s and 90s were just awesome.

So, last night, out of the blue (aka while I was trying to fall asleep), I started thinking about an old show from when I was a kid. It was called "Out of This World" and I'm sure all you 80s kids remember it. It was about a girl named Evie who was half-alien and could freeze time by touching her fingers together (and don't pretend you didn't try it yourself). Of course, the first thing I do is zoom to YouTube, because YouTube has everything. And lo and behold, there are at least 4 episodes of the show on YouTube! (There are also about 10 or so dubbed in German...) Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep last night. Words cannot describe how happy this makes me.

Because my mom taught me to share, here's the intro and theme song... now it can be stuck in your head all day, too!
